Fluchtbilder / Refugee Photos
On June 2 and 3, the exhibition "Fluchtbilder / Refugee Photos" in Bamberg highlighted the refugee crisis and its visual representations. The exhibition was organised by Dr. Georgiana Banita and Master student Carolin Wedler, both at the University of Bamberg's Department of Literature and Media. It included photos by students as well as by the renowned American photo-journalist Ed Kashi (edkashi.com).
